Therefore, we process your information solely on the basis of the applicable legislation, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (better known as the GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Electronic Commerce Act.
Please review this declaration, which informs you about the most important aspects of the processing of your data by VEDES HEALTH LTD (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”). This declaration outlines the key aspects of how your data is processed on our website and informs you about the periods and legal grounds on which we collect, process, store, use, delete, and protect your personal information, insofar as you have not explicitly given us your consent to do so.

What happens to your data when you contact us?

When you contact us via the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your inquiry and to respond to any follow-up questions you may have. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Storage of your data

We would like to inform you that, in order to facilitate the ordering and purchasing process and the subsequent performance of the contract with you, we store your IP address, as well as your name, address, email address, and details of the payment method you use, such as your credit card number.

The data you provide is required for us to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations to you. We do not disclose this data to third parties, except to:

  • the payment service provider processing the payment (bank, PayPal, ePay);

  • the courier company used to deliver your purchase;

  • our accountant; and

  • CloudCart AD, which acts as our data processor under the GDPR and with whom we have a corresponding agreement.

In the event of an incomplete order, we retain the data entered for 30 days and reserve the right to periodically inform you about its status and your available options. In the case of a completed order and a contract duly fulfilled by us, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR, we store all data related to the contractual relationship until the expiration of the 10-year period provided for in Article 12 of the Accountancy Act.
