Order Confirmation and Processing
After placing an order through our online form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing the details of your order: items, total amount, payment method, and estimated delivery date. This confirmation constitutes a concluded contract within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act.

Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:

  • Payment by debit/credit card

  • Cash on delivery (available only within Bulgaria)

Delivery and Timeframes
Deliveries are made to the address specified by you or to a courier office selected by you—Econt or Sameday. Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery Costs
Orders with a total value over €45 qualify for free delivery (within Bulgaria).

The delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout.
