Order Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Within this period, you must notify us by email at: info@miverbeauty.com. Product returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The products must be unopened and in their original packaging;

• They must show no signs of use, damage, or staining;

• The original proof of payment must be included;

• Return shipping costs are at your expense.

You may exchange the products for others or request a refund if you do not wish to make an exchange. We refund the value of the products only, excluding delivery costs.

All amounts paid via cash on delivery or prepaid methods are refunded exclusively by bank transfer to your personal bank account within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned products. All payments made by credit/debit card are refunded to the same card used for the original transaction.
